Yes! I had a similar exerience too with another WL, not the same as in your list. Its not serious, but in my case I had some white sticky stuff around the head of my didi (underneath the foreskin), I think it is a bacteria. Just keep cleaning your did thoroughly everyday or better twice aday, and its gone i a week.
