ANy ATMs with the plus sign you can draw money already.. THe rate will below the rates you change at Ben Thanh Market or An Duong Plaza located just beside your hotel.. If I remember correctly, there is a ATM at the entrance of An Duong Plaza.. All banks charge a S$5 service charge.. Think only UOB dun charge, and from wat I know, there is an UOB ATM at Le Loi, a tall building where Gloria Coffee is located..

Not only PLUS la.. Cirrus, Maestro, Visa, Masters and others... just look out for the "logo" or "Sign" display on top or beside the ATM. Your ATM card must bear the same "logo"

The service charge is also not s$5, it might depend on the amount you withdraw from the ATM..

Every bank will charge, even if our bank dont charge, their local bank will charge..

There are many ATMs in HCMC that offer withdrawal by foreign bank card.
