I agree with the bro here that 99.99% of PRC gals working in KTV here are out only for $. I guess when you have the money they will look for you...I recently had a friend that kept a china mistress.Divorce his wife and married the china woman.Giving up his 2 kids even though they are adluts already..Anyway to cut the story short after abt a year he went to china and brought 2 houses for that woman.Before long he was kick back here without anything.In fact he later found out that that woman was already married!The moral of the stroy is that unless you have no feelings and can spit at someone face and walk away and you know how to play the game that u have a mistress!This is just my 2cents worth of thoughts.......

Can you elaborate as in what ways the woman head the house?

My point of view on the head of the house is not abt giving orders or instructions; it is abt making the house look more tidy and organised, taking care of the kids needs and etc. Don't be mistaken, I do not merely mean that they have to sweep, clean, feed the kid, iron cloth and etc. it is abt handling and maintaining. I think we guys simply having the chin-chai and boh-chap attitude. For that and for me, I don't mind woman being the head of the house.

Traditionally, Shanghai men do the cooking at home. But these days, mostly maid does the cooking and housework, as both the young couples need to work.
While saying all these, I do agree that Shanghai women make most of the decisions, I did see that some women having superiority over the male friends or hubby. I think this could be due to the one-child policy that most parents over pampered their daughter, that makes them more self-oriented or more possesive.

I think in the end it is all abt respect and appreciation.
