Yes, it i is hard to believe but true that you can get a BJ at one of the pubs in Duxton.

Couple of years back. I frequent this PUB in Duxton which I think is the only one that has second storey. I believe it is still operating.
There are 3 rooms and it is advisable to order a bottle as room will be waived.
However, if you want the ladies to grow wild you will have to order a few ladies drinks that will eventually rocket your bill sky high.
BJ charges are separate.

After calculation, it is more feasible to go to a KTV.

I think you must be referring to House of Rock? Went there before too and had fun in the room.
