Voted as shaved all but really I wax instead of shaving. Benefit of waxing is that I feel less itchy after, even as the hsir is growing back.

Have been shaving for about a decade now. Started off with trimming with scissor and then with a beard trimmers. Moved to shaving all of for a few months before getting to irritated with the ingrown hairs. Benefits was you could grow it back quickly if you needed too.

Boyzillain wax has been a god send. When places started offering the services I was the first inline. Initially keeping a small "turf" as I was afraid that it was too "gay" to keep it the pubic are bald. Many girls seem to think a waxed pubic area seems to be more attractive without the stubble from shaving. I took the plunge, kept it waxed for 2 years.

Moving forward, IPL has been more affordable recently, and finally put money down for a package of IPL treatment. After 6 month, my entire groin area from front to back and under arms are almost hairless. With a few more session to go I'm confident that all the hair would be gone by then. Even though IPL is only suppose to last 2 to 3 years. Its money well spent.

I travel a whole lot and manage to see the different trends of shaving and waxing in changing room and spas. Being hairless in europe is completely normal particular in summer. In Singapore, some people still stare at you at some freak show but the trend is getting more normal now. In Japan and China, expect people to give you a second look, for being completely hairless. People do give a second look at the sauna or bath house.

Maybe I'm an exhibitionist at heart but hopefully showing how nicely groom a hairless body is would spread the trend of body shaving.

Well 12 month on since I responded to this thread. Have completed 10 IPL Boyzillian & waxing sessions. Hair regrowth is seriously slowed down and gf likes the feeling.

For those with a lot of hair, the IPL didn't seem to do much till after treatment 6, then I think the hair started to "give up" and became less. Will now just touch up with waxing unless it come back too thick. Next trick will be underarms and back....

yea i feel itchy after shaving which is why now i change to do boyzillian wax instead
