I've rtm shuang 3 times just last month. After toking to her, realise she is in a dilema too. If her 1st customer is late for half an hour, all she can do is only wait. When her 1st customer is late, she also cannot just do a fast job cos she got to up-hold her reputation. So this situation will keep pushing down to maybe the 3rd customer and maybe she got to forgo the 4th and call to cancel. Yes, I agree with you, we can be more understanding here. I myself was also one of the culprits that was late and fortunately she waited and gave me the full 2 hr worth of massage, without ever complaining or hurrying. Of course the poor bros behind me at one of the local hotels near jalan besar had to wait till almost 1am for his massage. He, luckily for her was also very understanding and accomodating.
