I know him thru a friend. He is Albino and he dyed his hair. Btw, he is rich. His family owns a few shophouses. So the "$1,400 salary" is really a understatement of his real wealth. In any case, doubt he intends to get his viet wife PR status, so low salary declaration will not bother him.
