Seriously ? You never tried fillipino food ? Other than fast food like Jollibee, nothing much interesting. Almost all bland and need chilli padi. Except very few dishes, no variety at all.

plenty I had tried! Sinigang, Sisig, Katherida, prata fried pork knuckles n others! Sorry, some mis-spelling! Haha..

I agree. Those are the rare exception. Street food you find in most parts of Phil cmi without chilli padi or soya sauce.

Or too sweet .. evern beef Kari Kari has some odd sweet taste.

Btw I suspect the owner is from SG.

But filipinos are flocking to Singapore looking for Makansutra, even during F1 closure days, some crying, saying they came all the way to eat in Makansutra Even when people tell them there are similar food places outside Esplanade.
