Not trying to correct u but just my input based on my own understanding, when u want use tat ca then no need use moi nguoi, or u can just write: "chao moi nguoi" this is same as"hi everyone". "giang sinh" = christmas. So yur "chúc mừng giáng sinh" is just "wish christmas". U can write " chuc mung giang sinh vui ve".

Tourist has iPhone stolen after receiving hug

A tourist was walking on a street in Hanoi when a beautiful local girl suddenly came up and embraced him. The romantic moment ended quickly when he realized the free hug cost him an iPhone.

Amar-Tandor (41), of Indian nationality, reported to police in Cua Nam ward, Hoan Kiem district that he was walking on Ly Thuong Kiet street at 12.20am on Saturday when a good looking woman approached him.

She hugged him and asked him to hang out with her.

Although struck by the sudden embrace from a beautiful stranger, Amar removed her hands from his body and turned down the offer.

After being rejected, the strange woman jumped on the back of a young man’s bike parked close by and drove off.

Amar-Tandor soon realized his iPhone was gone after the short romantic moment.

Cua Nam ward police are filing documents for the case.

Another taxi company banned from Saigon airport

The Ministry of Transport on Thursday suspended another taxi company from operating at Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City for various violations, online newspaper VnExpress reported.

Happy Taxi is the third company to be banned from the airport, after Petrolimex Taxi and Festival Taxi .

The decisions were made following an inspection by ministry inspectors that began on December 16 of 11 taxi firms operating at the airport.

Thach Nhu Sy, deputy chief of Transport Ministry’s Inspectorate, said Happy Taxi acquired licenses for 270 taxis, but only more than 100 are operating. It then sold the remaining licenses to other taxi companies in Mekong Delta provinces.

The inspected taxis did not post prices as regulated, he added.

A few trips ago to HCMC, i experienced cheating from a taxi driver from the Saigon Comfort Delgro, blue colour taxi. Me n my wife got on from TSN and were heading to Ben Thanh area, after we reached, the taxi driver asked for 40000d on top of the meter fare saying it for the gantry charge when exiting the airport. Where got such thing, my wife argued with him and only gave him 15000d on top of the fare.
From then on we never take the blue colour taxis. Such behaviours will only tarnish the company's name. But to them its normal and they dont care about company name, fill their pockets is more important.

fior such case, I will not even pay one more cent extra...always take vinasun and mai linh taxi from TSN hcm...
