HIV can still pass thru BBBJ if u hv an open wound on ur dicky or balls-skin(if she got suck/lick ur balls too).. Possible too, if the FL hv open wound too on her mouth/lips/tongue.. unprotected oral sex is not that bad. studies are not conclusive, major studies cannot prove oral sex can transmit HIVs, but also cannot prove it cannot transmit HIVs....

unprotected oral sex definitely can transmit HIV, though the is lower than vaginal or anal sex. any cuts or bleed in the oral mucosa add to the risk. furthermore, oral sex is can transmit chlamydia, herpes, gonorrhoea and syphillis which in themselves increase the risk of HIV tranmission orally by 10 fold
