For BS they hang up the phone once all rms are full ... that's y the damn number is always engaged ...
If u guys wanna call and make a booking the timings that they actually connect the phone for pple to call through are from 1400-1430 and 1600-1630. I not too sure la but if i rememeber correctly it's something like that ... just read the scrolling message on the TVs in the rooms to get the accurate timings ... Normally HH booking all one day in advance ... SH can get on the day itself one ... last month walk in for SH oso got rooms avaliable. Hope this helps with the calling ... cos going down in person to book a rm for the following day is a fuggin hassle

If there is room, they will call you to come up. Best time is to go around 3 pm and pray hard that someone who book the room do not turn up loh. I managed to get a room on Sunday HH although it was fully booked. Got a call from them after waiting for about 10 mins and finishing a cup of teh O.
