I use to frequent this multi storey carpark at clementi. it is near those blocks where there are a lot of pets clinic. Went all the way up.. no cars at all. The blocks at the side seems empty. Well... you must find deserted road so that anyone approaching the car, you will notice... but rare in Singapore... also, deserted means you might be in danger too.
