I stop by my usual midway to do some stretching before jogging back. I turned around and someone smiled at me. It's my nature to smile back. He said hi and I replied hi, nice weather? He commented that he didnt see me here for a while. Sometimes, it just takes a hello and a friendly smile to start a conversation. This guy is Aussie. Most guys who would talk to me spontaneously are western man. I do wish more of our local blokes would do this.Its not even about hitting on someone its just a friendly gesture, makes the world alot more friendly.

This makes me even more wanting to jog with you sis driedlemon3 ...I like friendly chiobus like you not those stuck up ones with their noses in the air thinking so highly of themselves...btw I m v friendly too..u won't regret meeting or knowing me ...ai mai ?? ...u can also invite chairmeh along too...hehe

Hahaha that's why I hardly meet any chiobu, only see "laobu" doing their scrolls with their lao ang. Maybe I will try to do my daily run earlier lolz. Anyway running is to keep myself healthy and release some work stress, any slighting of chiobu is a bonus and of course if have chance to meet chiobu like you will be a super extras since bro Rickey been "promoting" your look.

I usually run before going for lunch when I wfh which is killing 2 birds with a stone. Maybe I will run on a earlier timing or do evening run in the future but running shortly after dinner sure puke.

No bro, it is never advised or recommended to run after lunch or dinner on a full stomach if i m not wrong

Yes it was never recommended to do any exercises after meal, just thinking usually i will have my dinner around 7plus 8 and to run shortly after that I sure puke

If you are a guy and you get 1% return rate, it is considered damn good liao.

If you are a gal, and you get 1% return rate, then maybe your movement not big enough.

I jog pass a girl, and I thought she is winking at me. End up.... I cannot be sure she is winking or she is blinking hard to get the sweat out of her eyes. hahaha. Think think think.... she went very far for me to catch up liao.

u go with chairmeh he is always v lucky to spot many chiobus in punggol happy viewing lol
