No need to sell lah,just rent it out and collect rent every month to pay for ur monthly instalments for the new house in batam.In the end,u still have the flat in return.

That is something i learnt from this forum.I do admit that is much more feasible then selling it straight away and moved to bkk.

I think we are talking about without any more obligations in the near future.Noone here is talking about selling it now straight away and leaving the owners without a shelter.Only someone of ur calibre would think something like that.I already stated in my post that IN THE FUTURE.I did not say first thing i come back spore,i go sell my flat.I guess only u would do that.Luckily u are not the only child,if not pity ur parents that u think like that.I only thinking about that when they are no longer ard in the future whereby i can move myself to bkk since i do not have any obligations in spore.God is fair.That with such thinking of urs,u do not inherit or share the good fortune of being slightly luckier than ur peers.

There are many more fortunate people ard.I do not know whether people here seen little or what.There are many people out there who earns a living by not doing anything or little effort for decades.So i do not see myself as a example of good fortune.Perhaps i seen the other side of bkk which many fails to see.That is the reason why i share my insight.But not to the pleasure of the hardworkings ones here.

Soccer betting,toto or whatever.Everything needs to rely on urself.There is no such thing as teach one.Or share.Lets say i give u tips on a particular match,will u throw 3k Sing into that match based on my words?If win,u will be happy,will u share the profits with me?If lose,u will kpkb and curse.That is the reason i never share my insights.U want earn money,Earn it thru urself.Blame noone if u lose.Verify whether i am guru or not for what?I am not here to claim best samster bettor of the year award leh.Even asianbookies and other forums competition,i never even bother to participate.As long i can earn money for myself,i do not see a reason to be loud and tell people i am accurate.

For those of you unaware, there is a sincere tirak situation being discussed on pages 50-51, post no#750-752. Please try to read up on that if you intend on posting here.

All other stuff like your own finances that aren't related to romancing thai Wls belong to PMs or start another thread.

Hope you guys can give this sincere contributors and readers of this thread the same respect. I'm sure you wouldnt want to see someone talking about his tirak problems in an FR thread. Please try and understand the parallel between that and what some of you have been posting here.

Well on my tirak, glad you asked. Hope you posted that as a sincere question rather than something out of spite It had been a really good time for me while it lasted. She ORD last month or so with 2 other girls from her house. My "romance" with her was very short. Maybe a month and a half or 2 months at most.

Got to know her very late as I didn't have a regular and became more greedy as a customer so wanted romance packaged into my 40 SGD. At that time, I started this thread. Hoping to gather as much advice and support from fellow samsters. Really grateful to those that contributed about costs, activities, what to expect etc.

All her house-off days were spent in either bugis/orchard/GM or my hostel room. Unlike what I was told by most in this thread, such outings never really burnt a hole in my pocket. Half the time she paid for cab. Anyway, not sure if anything we did was significant but we had a good time and I felt that was enough.

Enough update on my side. If you something more detailed, please post here and ask specifically or PM me. I'll be happy to share with you more about my experiences.

Why would your parents pass you the flat when they are still ALIVE? Even if you are the only NOMINEE, you still can't sell in future mah when THEY ARE STILL ALIVE.

By 3 or 4 yrs later,my investments plans and stuff would have matured and also being the only son,i will try to arrange in between for my parents and myself.After that,I will sell my house in spore and I can settle down in bkk too.
