roger, i guess best choice is still change your $$$ in SGD to rmb locally.
After all, with all the charges incurred using CC does not gurantee you would not get counterfeit rmb from the old old ATM.

so far, i believe switch card is the only card that does not charge a fee, check out their website : RBS - The Royal Bank of Scotland

interest is sure mah, but u can arrange to transfer it to other banks n u pay less interest

however, not all of us like cash king so rich can pay cash mah

Bank exchange rate is low... i withdraw 3000k rmb = S$667.91.
@ S$1=4.4916rmb
Next time got to bring more cash wif mi...

i think citi bank has one of the best bank exchange rate in china..

Overall OCBC sucks big time..
