Hi bro,
You might want to go to the Kota area, there are lot place the main road, not knowing what you would like try, it is quite hard to offer tips.
For a start you could try the bars at BATS and CJ's great pick up place for first timer, because it is quite safe, but for something more friendly and fun, it would be outside the five stars hotel.
You have to be careful as Jakarta maybe a rough place if you do not know your way around.

Hi bro your hotel is the middle of downtown, so you are about 30mins for block M and about 45mins from Kota, in good traffic mind you.
You could try the Mulia hotel's CJ's bar, you are 5mins from there, go there at about 2200hrs.

One of the best place to hunt for girls is Plaza Indonesia, just walk around and some girls will smile to you, just walk up to them and say hello, I am sure you could score with them.
