from what I have heard and experience,

more fruit and veg makes cum taste sweeter (not too sure about pineapple coz i'm not a big fan)
more meats doesn't change the taste (i think) but gives it a more musky (or manly as how some guys and girls call it)
water changes how fluid your cum is (not sure about taste)

Agreed. My fb requests i take lots of fruits and cut on meat (esp red meat) before im allowed to cum in her mouth. Natural sweeteners such as fruits make my cum taste sweeter, thats what she says. Meat makes it really taste bad

i don know abt the sweet fruits theory but i know pineapples make it sweet.

For meat, i know the reason. the sulfur content in meat is the cause. so if u eat veg with high sulfur content, ur cum would taste the same too.
(sorry chemist here.. haha)
