Spending also drastically reduced..

Home-cooked meals is still the healthiest, cheapest and cleanest option..

Cooking isn't difficult and daunting as it seems.. Learn from someone who knows how to do it or through Youtube..

Yup.

For me, breakfast is always at home, CB or not.

Then I buy either lunch or dinner from outside. Buy groceries along the way if needed. Just as important, get some fresh air in the process.

Technically, I don't get any fresh air because of the annoying face mask..

Also, we gotta monitor our weight from the increased sedentary lifestyle..

Doing those short and high intensity home workouts (Youtube has plenty them for reference) can do wonders during this period..

Army always say can do anything but don't get caught.. All the best to them..

Slowly get used to it lor.. Don't forget get still have to prep the dishes to cook..

This period is good for us to improve our self-reliance, especially for the strawberry generation..

What I do is wash as i cook. Then eat from the wok or pot. So after my meal only one or two things left to wash. Then again I live alone.

Alone used to be good....Now FB also cannot see, xiao liow.
