The ACTRB applies to all minors regardless of whether they are locals or foreigners. I stayed at central park. Good location. There are still beggars in the short 50m walk Btn fields ave and hotel. But safe.

Good service in hotel security is good. Gals cannot leave unless they can give yr name or you call reception to release her

Get the USD$3 more rooms. They are on ground floor and toilet renovated with tub. The level room std room toilets are a disgrace. The room only have one small "window".

My recent incident w my special girl is a very good example.

Hunting for girl to change frequently instead of regular might be a better idea.in the land of 10000babes you Take one each still need more than a lifetime to complete the journey instead of feeling a little upset when 'regular' girl do not text u.she did not text also she got plenty of 10000hunk and if any girl do not want to gimme her number I won't even bother to give them mine even if they request.

For 1st timer, my suggestion is to be as close to all the central bars as possible. Of all the above, Central Park would be my choice.
Tiger Hotel is all the way at end of Fields and beginning of perimeter. Also, some don't like it as its also a 2 block walk in the dark back to hotel.
Hana is older but recommended only if you had experience in AC and hang out in Perimeter area mostly.
DM is ok but gets mix reviews. I stayed there before and as I said, its ok but not great, but good price.

I also agree with R & B, Walkabout is also a nice option as it is directed over a few good and large bars on Fields. Great location to get drunk and crawl on hands and knees back to hotel.

Yup, you can finally join the club as if you had read some of my older post as I had posted many times the benefits of having to use the Citi ATM in AC.

Not only do you come out slightly ahead with the rates as it will be based on the intl exchange rate at the time of withdraw (Zeny will charge a very small commission as they need that to stay in business).

But as I had posted before on this, the main benefit (and the ONLY reason I do this) is that I don't need to carry too much cash entering or leaving the country. All I need is my ATM card (and little bit of cash for backup) and also my credit card (for real emergencies when all else fails--remember that ATM cards can fail when you need it most). All the cards can be replaced but not the cash.

I know, some have said the walk to Citi ATM is too long and too hot etc etc. But those that knows me will also know that it will be a good excuse for my daily stroll (walkabout).
