Before the previous, already returned to Vietnam ex-G7, many of the services, including cim was de facto. Without extra tips.

After her, all services still can do, but some of the girls impose an additional charge. This current G7 seems to always ask for additional tips. I tried her only once - her consistently texting on her phone, general disinterest and constant asking for top ups, I never returned. Besides, physically, she's not my type. So all good.

Would like to find out who set the prices ? It has remained relatively unchanged for years and is not keeping up with intlation. With such low rates, the good ones are not coming to SG. Maybe it is time to do a review on the prices. What you think?

For Thai, there are 2 houses that are charging higher pricing for better looking girls. $100 for 40 mins, maybe can follow

In Geylang there’s a lot of houses charge in different prices some still at $50 and some $60, $80, $100 or even up to $200 or even higher price tag too

GL mostly has to cater for the lower income group oso mah

Actually prices in GL have gone up in the past few years.
The OKTs can propose the price they intend to charge but the final decision is by the AV. If they say no.... you can only charge $XX .... the OKTs lan lan have to comply.

On this topic of price..... while attending a court case today... I happened to meet one of the AV officers and had lunch with her. She is aware of what is happening in H38 and said this house rate was set at $60. If the customer voluntary gives tips above the rate it is not a problem.... but if the WL asks for extra $$ to provide service..... AV view this practice as a breach of the regulations. They will take action against the WL and house if they receive complaints but so far they are just monitoring the situation as no one has lodged a complaint yet.
All it takes is just for 1 joker to make a report and AV will have to take action.

So bros..... dun post nonsense here and just enjoy quietly if you want to keep this playground.

if every thai house start doing this, they will lose more customers
as d1 market will have a better value

1832 used to start out with 100 price tag as well but slowly they realise its not working and change back to the usual 60 for 1s like other houses with only a few girls still remaining as 100/40min
