do it at singapore ATM prior departure and it is immdiate. I have tested it myself

so does that mean now whenever u are traveling u need to call in & inform your bank in advance(DBS example) if u intend to do a withdrawal outside of Singapore or else u cant get money from those mastero/ cirrus sign machine?

Where can I find out more about the new system as I try to look in up on DBS website but did not see anything regarding this.

At the moment planning to head to AC from the 1st to the 7th.. maybe do detour to Cebu from 4th and head back to Singapore from Cebu on the 7th? I think Cebu Pac flies from Cebu to Singapore, correct?..
