Handing the key card to T for safekeeping (he'll be the key man thru e stay), we headed down hand in hand to the more private lounging area where cocktails and canapés were being served at certain hours. This was one of the perks of the upgrade paid for, and it allowed us a certain degree of privacy since only guests staying in certain rooms were given access.
The lounge area offered views of the surrounding area, with a swimming pool & jacuzzi outdoors. Tables were setup both in and out doors offering along with comfy cushioned rattan couches. Mini beef burgers, Chorizos & dip, some scallop tart thingy, cheeses, breads etc were among the selection offered. Nothing too substantial but allowed some lining of the stomach ahead of the drinks. Managed to snag the last 2 chic hazelnut tartlets too- one each for me and Mr.T  We elected for the al fresco option, the evening weather being fine, and a breeze coming through coupled with the higher floor we were on. I went to grab a table while Mr.T got our drinks. Rarely do I get to spend time properly with Mr.T like this. And when we do get to grab dinner together once in a while, it is usually a more hurried affair. It's not about sex all the time. At this moment, we're just going with the flow, enjoying the moment, the company, and see what gives. Making our way back to our room, a whole flurry of thought exploded in my mind.
