use handphone to check or set alarm,
but i will typically tell them hope someone nice will buy for them
i even tell them if can hold, buy at airport gst free, i dunno giving the right advice or not :P

i was told a customer buy her a watch around 100 bucks. she said she rather the customer give her the cash as the watch is useless, at least few hundred bucks still ok which i agree too
