Very well said n proven many times whenever I meet filipinas in AC who have been abroad.

Btw Mabalacat is a barrio (now called barangay). It starts from 7th street (you can see the Welcome Arch as you travel from MacArthur highway) and goes all the way up to 18th street (just after Marina Arcade). I live in Bernado avenue behind Marina Arcade..... do drop by for a visit on your next trip. There is a basketball stadium along Bernado avenue (near 12th street) where most of the community will gather in their free time..... just mention you want to look for Shane of Comjuka and they will direct you to my house.

Or go to the Comjuka office, my family members are there always. Comjuka is a famous club and the most well known landmark to the residents of Mabalacat (founded by Guro Reston and now headed by my grandfather Ecuardo).

So wats the story going round about the HCM conman?

I remember the girl whom I caught up in Manila, after when she was going in the morning, I gave her 3,000 - she was like "shit - what the fuck .. only 3000 ?? I thought you will give me atleast 10,000 (her thinking based on high-pay in OT- at 300 S$ .. ) it is a different story that when I know her in OT, she rarely got offers more than 200 all night, though an occasional carrot top used to pay much more .. as she was competing with Viets and Thais ... and of course, I didn't belittle her saying that 3000 is much better than anything .. lessons .. lessons .. lessons in patience works

I smiled and told her that she can collect the balance in Singapore .. and in MBC, I would have paid less than the 3,000 that I was giving her .. she had an ugly look before I reminded her that she can of course, forget about ever meeting me the next day .. and the day after .. so she can make "more" money .. LOL

A quick brain mash and she realised that it is better to take 3k per day .. and do for 3 days, than to throw tantrum .. even though she hinted over 3 days, she is still 'loosing money' (vs nothing .. haha .. )

Of course, I conveniently forgot to call her the next few days .. as I stuck with ex-SG girls, who don't throw drama .. and when the former called, I said "meeting with boss, working late .. " of course, she was asking me to confirm that I am in the hotel, so I can pay the 'taxi fare' (another silly trait - like the whole 3000 vanished, especially when she has been handling a sales cart in Landmark .. still expect me to pay taxi fare - no sir, we don't know how to take public transport, which is just 20 peso in FX .. )

So, while some will call you kuripot, not all are same.

Many value the 3000 (for example) which can feed them for a month, vs nothing .. and those are the 'please visit' in my list ..

And those who annoy you, don't bother to 'win' them back .. like I used to do those days ,, with gifts and all ..they go on gloating in your misery..

just move on and forget the rest ..

And I told you .. I am also a semi cheap charlie

1) yes dun belittle them... Always best to quit on good terms... I quit on good terms most of d time... In my casemost r usually professionals working in SG so id rather quit on good terms... Works to my advantage..

Well, regarding the 3000 pesos and 200 sgd, I will also think that they shouldn't be comparing the rates they earn locally and overseas. We actually make the effort to travel there to party partly due to the better rates/quantity/quality in that country.

Same goes to china, where most of the time we get better quality ladies as compare to locally. And not forgetting the rates too, although the rates seems to be climbing eversince my last visit.

Call me cheap Charlie or cheapskates is fine. Most important is I'm happy with the way I'm spending overseas.

In fact, I'm poor and have to do it the budget way.

Yes rates have been shooting through the roof in AC too... From a mere php1000-1500 several years ago....today the rates are anywhere between php 1000 touching almost 5000 php..

Well, I just feel that there's no hard true or false here. Just do the way you are most comfortable with.

In actual fact, I'm been reading in this thread for weeks hoping to get the most value bonk.

Even though alot of bros mentioned that perimeter is dangerous, I'm still very curious to at least spend half a day (in the afternoon) exploring the bars and hopefully manage to get some nice wl. Well, in the event I hit a runner, I just pop over the bars at fields to hunt for more.

Most important is all bros who are here, coming here do enjoy the stay here.
