Was reading this thread early this morning. Guess what! I saw one this evening. Was heading from and bypass a condo, this lady just exited from the gate and walked towards my direction. My eye did a quick scan, look early 30s, in black spec, dark long hair. Wearing a 3 quarter pants, dark blue t-shirt and a white shirt outside. Walked pass her and decided to take a quick peek since she is not bad looking. Was surprise to bio her nipple poking out very obviously, even though she was in dark clothing.

This may be because the panties girls wear are well concealed and covered deep inside by the dresses or tight skirts they wear. And the only way they can zaogeng their panties is only when sitting down or getting up or squatting whereas zaogenging boobs is easier because most blouses ladies wear are either U or V shaped that can open up quite easily when the girl is bending down or even just make slight movement at the breast area
