I can affirm that the statement made by the bros here is valid, as far a enforcement agencies are concerned, they put their act together based on tip off, complaints made by rivalries, media exposure or other international or local civil societies championing on human rights, human trafficking etc. And if the pressure on the govt is intense and recieve international attention, then additional measures would be conducted, like the recent remarks on human trafficking from US, that has irks the "garment".All these "garment" agencies are well aware of these so called "hot spots", and are keeping tab on them, that is to say under control in thier lingo. They are not blind to all these forum, etc. It jus that they do exercise the live and let live attitude.As long as there is not much adverse effect on the image of sing, they would not want to strifle the industry, however sometimes they would need to teach the monkey by killing a chicken if nec as in the recent case of the budget hotel operator.
