many along cau giay ( before entering main cau giay street from Ba dinh side) , my dinh area, nguyen tuan's pattaya also quite big.

fortuna/hanoi hotel honestly is just because foreigner friendly if you speak no vietnamese, and they are much older

the viet joints are more fun of course, but then you get the issues about communication, song choice etc etc
