I'm here in Manila right now, it rains everyday but only for a few hours, not much flooding here. Not really bad weather.

If you are young, look non-filipino just dress well and be near groups of girls, lots of them will stare at you and give "fuck me eyes", you can just open those girls.

Some of the more daring ones will actually talk to you.
