The registration is requirement by AV or the relevant authority... not by choice..

I have no issues with which thread should be placed on sticky. I only suggested so that it is not so confusing with different people posting on the different threads. If Sammy cannot combine the 2 threads then at least going forward (if there is a sticky on one) the Bros who want to comment can use only one thread rather than the both. Less confusing lah!
