Barca no horse run....... even with their regular back four all out through injuries and suspension........ their attacking prowess allowed them to overcome the makeshift defensive weakness....... dun think Man City or Man Utd can stop them this season

Real Sociedad 2 - 2 Barcelona : Barca held

Barcelona were pegged back from two goals ahead as Real Sociedad snatched a superb and deserved 2-2 draw at the Estadio de Anoeta.

Two goals in as many minutes from Xavi and Cesc Fabregas put Barca 2-0 up inside the opening quarter-hour and they appeared to be cruising.

But Imanol Agirretxe's header changed all that and Antoine Griezmann netted a bizarre equaliser - making good on his pre-match promise to prove his commitment to the club after the collapse of his longed-for summer move to Atletico Madrid.

Barcelona 2 - 2 AC Milan : Barca denied by late Silva goal

Thiago Silva headed in a stoppage-time equaliser to earn AC Milan a battling draw against Champions League holders Barcelona at the Nou Camp.

Milan had also started the match in stunning fashion with Alexandre Pato netting in the opening 30 seconds but Barca turned the game around and looked to be on course to claim the win thanks to goals from Pedro Rodriguez and David Villa.

However, Pep Guardiola's men could not find a third goal to wrap the tie up and they were stunned two minutes into injury time when Thiago Silva powered home Clarence Seedorf's corner to salvage a point for seven-time European champions Milan.

Barcelona 8 - 0 Osasuna : Barca bounced back in style

European champions Barcelona produced a rampant performance against overwhelmed Osasuna to bounce back from a difficult week.

Pep Guardiola's side were eager to make a statement after allowing both Real Sociedad and AC Milan to snatch draws in the last seven days and did so in style in Saturday's Primera Division clash at the Camp Nou.

Lionel Messi started and finished the scoring en route to an impressive hat-trick while David Villa scored two, Cesc Fabregas and Xavi grabbed one each and defender Roversio scored an unfortunate own goal.

Valencia 2 - 2 Barcelona : Barca salvaged point

Barcelona twice fought back from a goal down to earn a point from their trip to league leaders Valencia in an enthralling 2-2 Primera Division showdown at the Mestalla.

Valencia went ahead through an own goal from Eric Abidal early on and, after Barca had immediately drawn level through Pedro Rodriguez, Unai Emery's men regained the lead through Pablo Hernandez in the 23rd minute.

Barca got themselves back on terms 13 minutes from time through Cesc Fabregas though to ensure the reigning champions remain unbeaten and in the process ended Valencia's perfect start to the campaign.

Lionel Messi matched Cristiano Ronaldo's hat-trick earlier in the day Barcelona turned on the style to dismiss in-form Atletico Madrid 5-0 at the Nou Camp.

Beckenbauer: Bayern not like Barca

Bayern Munich legend Franz Beckenbauer says tat his side r not @ the same level as Barcelona, aft various media outlets hailed the recent performances of the Germans.

Bayern Munich hv conceded just 1 goal in the Bundesliga tis season & sit top of the table with 18 points fr 7 games. They also top Group A of the CL aft victories over Villarreal & ManC, leading many 2 suggest tat they could go all the way 2 glory tis season.

However, Beckenbauer stressed tat Bayern should not put themselves among the elite of Europe just yet.

"We should not 4get tat although ManC r a good club & r stronger than many Bundesliga sides, they're not a great team like Real Madrid or ManU," Beckenbauer wrote in his column in Bild.

"Bayern r definitely not of the same level as Barcelona just yet. Claiming tat would be a big exaggeration. Barcelona hv won so many titles in the past few years, while we were relatively anonymous during those years."

Ribery: Bayern closing gap on Barca

Bayern Munich's in-form winger Frank Ribery says tat his side r closing the gap on Barcelona in Europe's pecking order as the Germans hv won their last 6 Bundesliga matches without conceding a single goal - scoring 21 in the process.

Ribery's form has helped Bayern get off 2 an incredible start 2 the season & they now face ManC in the Champions League on Tuesday night. The Frenchman, though, thinks they hv no-1 2 fear.

''Only Barcelona r a great team, but we r getting close 2 them,'' he told Germany's Kicker magazine. ''We r not 2 far away & anything is possible in 1 or 2 games.

Barcelona climbed to the top of the Primera Division standings after scraping past bottom club Sporting Gijon 1-0 to pick up their first away league win of the season.

Barcelona 3 - 0 Racing Santander : Messi brace

Lionel Messi reached another Barcelona landmark with two more brilliant goals to inspire his side to victory over Racing Santander.

The Argentinian added the finish following a slick one-two with Andres Iniesta to move clear in second on the Catalan club's list of all-time top goalscorers.
