Not sure but I guess if its a fake, that particular pencil would not shade well or the ink could be erased. Maybe someone else can throw a better smoke then me. LOL.

It's a UV pen....... looks like a normal pencil / pen but the tip emits uv light.
This pen is usually used by bank tellers...... situation must be quite serious enough if the bars are using it.

I was referring to the cashiers at JJ or the malls. Cashiers at bars are out of sight from me. I only check these cashiers when they short change my change which is quite common.

Bro I think the way u describe is not 'anti social' but more like 'lone ranger'instead.own time own target,own bill own expenditure own settlement save lot of time and headache enable us to do things we really wanted & like is my style of cheonging too.

The truth is when one is on his own he do things by all his choices and absorb a better learning experience.good or bad he has to depend on himself and can blame no one.meeting new interesting people and encounter on the way.

Short-changing is very common occurrance targetted at foreigners. Always a good practice to count your change on the spot.

I have been witness to bar girls ordering food at random and any how even if it means they are going to just have a small (very small ) bite from it. What a waste.

Its ok to order if you are going to finish.

But ifyou order to waste i get damn pissed off....

PI@Addicts card is not as widely accepted as the PI@Night card. Only those establishments whose owners are friends with Chris are accepting the PIA card, which covers only @ 10% of the outlets. Yes, usually I bring the kakis to outlets that provide card discounts. Or sometimes to bars that I play pool for and that gives us better prices. One Eye Wench has the cheap charlie card that provides me drinks at 55p.

They will always try to scam/pull a fast one whenever they can or think no one is looking.annoying that one has to be on the guard & alert all the time at any place to avoid all this shit.
