Yes i think we need to reject them- at the end of the day we're also paying for a service and we need some way to verify that the gal in the picture is indeed them. even reviews are often doctored and fake.

Anyway just visited lamb today, no big change in her outlook, but more womanly now compared to her first stint here. Still a beauty without enhancement.
