Bro, no point in testing after 3 weeks: need to wait at least 3 months... Anyway, it is often reported that a high fever kicks in after around 3 weeks from infection, so if you feel well and have no problems, it's a good sign.

I have mentioned this in various poosts and I'll say it again here. There has been new medical advancements since the conventional ELISA and Western Blot method has been invented. ELISA ans Western Blot does tests on the anti-bodies where as if you look up PCR test on Wikipedia.org (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HIV_test), there are test that targets directly on the virus. The NAT test is used to do a viral count or detect the presence of the virus within 12 days. This can help bros here relieve their anxiety faster before the get a mental brakedown. I'm sure that most clinics are able to sent your blood for these checkups in both SG and M'sia so please make good use of these medical advancements. To you bros reading this thread, you are most probably looking for some info to relieve your anxiety so I hope this helps.

For those 3 samsters that claim they kenna dunno if true or not... but as usual please take precautions, wear a cap and ensure no cuts on ur body... wearing a cap cuts the risk down to almost 0% and at least you have a piece of mind. Meaning to speak, even if I was exposed jus yesterday, I need to wait @ least 1 mth to to have 50% accuracy of the virus to be tested? correct me if i'm wrong. Jus patronise a FL ytd, halfway during sex, the bloody Durex featherlite condom torn!!! Wat a fucking day to start my weekend.. Now, i'm worried.

It takes awhile for the results to show on the test.

could the test result show negative after 5mins then later after 30mins passed it turn positive???

Not sure of the entire situation, but correct procedure is to wait for at least 20 mins. At AfA, the time of the test is noted down. Should only collect results after sufficient time has passed.

sigh. i just bonked a fl with cap but had bbbj in second week of august. issit recommended that i go for a test now or should i wait for a few more weeks before doing so? cos i've seen websites like http://www.anonymoushiv.com.sg/ offering HIV Combi Test which tells us results up to an accuracy of 99% after 1-2 days.
I'm seriously suffering from some panic attacks which makes me have difficulty sleeping at night and mugging for midterms in uni. Swore to retire from any commercial sex after this test already.
