It's in zhongli district in taoyuan. A convenient overnight hotel would be the Le Midi hotel in jungli. From the entrance of this hotel, cross the main road and walk into the small road called yongxing street at the 11 o'clock position from hotel entrance... keep walking for about 100m u should see Hi-life convenience store on the left side... immediately after the store... turn left... and u are there....if late at night... there will be touts calling out was u walk pass...

Correct. Just cross over the main road to the opposite side..walk towards orange hotel.... look out for aunties who look like they are just hanging around... give eye contact and they will approach u.
