Both are licensed OKTs by AV and only Willy can operate if Gwee is on leave.

In 2041, Ah Yong owns the biz and David is working for him with profit sharing.
Both are licensed OKTs by AV and only Ah Yong can operate if David is on leave.

In 1606, bro unfit owns the biz and Ah Yap is working for him with profit sharing.
Both are licensed OKTs by AV and only unfit can operate if Ah Yap is on leave.

In 6969, Nato owns the biz and XXXX is working for him with profit sharing.
Both are licensed OKTs by AV and only Nato can operate if XXXX is on leave.

When one of them is sick or on leave, the other licensee must be present in the shop to operate or else they cannot open for biz.
No replacement or stand-in OKT is allowed for that day.

I know of some shops, one of the shareholder does not want his name to be registered with AV becos of obvious reasons lah.

If his son go to school, then his teacher ask him, "What is your father's occupation, boy?".
Then he reply, My father is the famous GL OKT of 6969.

In such cases, the other licensee must operate if the regular licensee is on leave.

If AV do a spot check, the person seated at the counter is not the licensee, then the shop gone case liao.

Nowadays it is better to be son of MIW than son of OKT lor. Son of MIW can have more money than doing private practice in Mount E lor. Think of it; Son of Geylang lose to Son of Punggol how can sia!

If you park in front of any house for one to two hours, then the risk is very much higher.

We can minimise the risk to near zero but cannot eliminate completely unless you park far away and walk.

You are right. What I usually do is park at Lorong 21 (URA car parking) and then cross the road. If car spotted and asked, I will say, was there for dinner - big joint at the former Geylang English School. Punggol Seafood didn't make it. what a pity, used to be a big name in the 70s when they were operating at the Punggol end.

My definition of an OKT and/or Owner is they hold the license to operate and setup brothel in GL. All those guys like David, Yap, Lee, etc. except Gwee are only registered staff and they do not have the license to setup brothel. They are only registered to work for a licensed OKT/owner ...
