My personal point of view if going ktv in Cp.
This is based on the quality I went during my last trip 1.5 months ago.

Based on priority if you only have 3 nights to spend there.

1.Yh ( most cats)
2. Oy(model cat)
3. Mf(model cat)
4. Amazon And jl (still ok)
5. regency and MBA (some gems)
6.fh( standard really dropped) their 2,6,9 are really dwarfs.
7.bandao (old women united)
8. Haixia (shortest flower street 1yr ago)

However, August 17, I was there with a small group of 5 friends, the flower street was indoors at the usual place. In between the As' room. When entering the 'Garden' to pick flowers, you need to be escorted by the person who booked your KTV room. This is the norm during time of uncertainties.

MF got quite a number of gals ever since the price increased to 3-7-11. OY usual share of stunners (some not fang bian) and their model quality IMHO improved.
