but of course, in between... i should had heard a few name which the okts told me that are around.... so i can switch to another girl....

If someone goes to a house and wanted to call a chick... and end up calling another chick.... u can say the OKT lied that your girl is not around... but u also have to blame your self... for not being persistent.

If that was yr experience wif Ah Yap then so be it...although i find it curious that he wld hv pulled such a fast one wif Pinky since she was in effect controlled by Ah Yap's own big boss who controls the hses abv and next door to 1606...

U r rt that all OKTS want to earn $$$ and tend to promote their own house gals and also gals that they can call quite easily as they do not like to see customers wait...however like i said before, i believe not all OKTs lie and pull fast ones to earn $$$, there r afew that r more trustworthy, who want to build up a good long term customer relationship...i maintain that Ah Yap is such an OKT, also Gwee and the OKT fm 2833...

On the otherhand Tommy albeit a friendly and knowledgable OKT is known to lie, pull fast ones, and be pushy...in fact when i use to frequent his old joint, Tommy tried to pull the same fast trick on me when i wanted to call Pei Yee, and i had frequented his joint a couple of times before that...that is why i say that wif Tommy caveat emptor, buyer beware...

Furthermore i find it odd that u appear to be implicitly making excuses for OKTS who lie and pull such fast tricks...such unscrupulous actions sld not be condoned and such info sld be publicly aired in here for all bros to take note of so as not to be conned in future...

Moreover i recall some yrs back when Jeff of 2060 use to pull fast ones wif the "many Tong Tongs" u appeared to take issue and lambasted Jeff's actions in here...so now what gives?...

As for yr abv suggestion to bros on how to avoid getting conned...i suggest an even easier and hassle free method...if u hv a particular gal in mind who may be an ang pai, do not waste time, just go direct to the gal's homebase to avoid disappointment, also cut's down the waiting time...BJmydong's excellent GL150 gals' homebase list in another thread abv is there to be used, foc...use it wisely ...

Finally i also suggest all bros to shop ard and find 1 or 2 OKTS that they feel comfortable wif and build up a long term relationship to avoid being conned and lied to in the long term...

Say u frequent GL once a week or once a fortnight, heck even once a month...eventually over the number of times u visit GL u shall become familiar wif the hses and get to know afew OKTS...they may know the kind of gal that u like, and make recommendations, contact u if "fresh supplies" hv come in or yr fav gal is working during a specific period...u can call ahead to book a gal and give yr estimated time of arrival ahead of time etc...

That is what i mean by building up a customer relationship wif an OKT that u feel comfortable wif...this is after all no different fm any other service industry...

Btw why can't u be friendly wif yr OKT, share a fag and TCSS while waiting for yr gal, or even if u r not waiting for a gal...I don't know abt u but i hv spent many a free afternoon/night happily chatting away wif my regular OKTs...u wld be surprised what stories they hv to tell

My friend and i ever kena from OKT Tommy few years back. We have not patron him since then because have found our very own regular house.
Unlike a few OKTs who allow you to sit down relax,chit chat and before decide who to pick...Tommy will list out a few names to you first.

Anyway, this is my personal experience...no offend

I agree, this reminds me of the good old days 5 years back when times are good, no need to work so hard. I was at GL almost EVERYDAY, bonking 3-5 times per week and many days I will sit at my regular houses from 3pm till they closed shop. Thats how I know the OKTs and gals so well ... in fact too well that even if I go to a house for the first time but when the gals see me they will inform the OKT that I am a regular in GL.

So each to his own, after some time with Tommy, he got to know what type of gals I like and he allows me to sit at his place without calling. Moreover at HQ it is mainly "young" people and many brothers from here, so it is more like a gathering place where lots of verbal FRs are shared as well as where business contacts are exchange and friends are made.

Hence I am sure every house have their own regulars and every cheongster have their regulat house, OKT and even gals. So lets all have fun in GL and share our FRs here (not politics and gossips).

Is it a normal practise to tip the 150 gals ?

If yes, how much is standard ?

I'm asking as I find that most of the time, the gals "hang around" after the deed making small talk and I'm wondering if they're waiting for the tip or are they just being service oriented ?

Firstly hi to all brothers here,

i have been in the Gl scence since 6 yrs ago when i was in poly and only wo years ago i have discover SB forum. thanks to the FRs here i have gain alot of valuable combat experience. With regards to the post by bro ah dez and bro esco, just wan to share some of my experience.

Back in 6 years when i visit my first hse L16H4 managed by woman OKT in her 40s and had my first try at CAT 150 all i could say is that i was never disappointed by her intro becos she could almost catch my taste and everytime i would come out smiling.

Therefore each time i go back, slowly she kind of recongise and would ask if i wan to rtf the same gal the last time. Over the time relationship build up and she will never fail to recommend the gal i prefer. whenever she ask me wat gals i wan and when i mention names, she would give me suggestion that this gal is what what and this is blah blah blah and it turns out to be quite true. So i totally agree with wat bro esco said building relationsip is imp tbut i think it shld be in business terms as friends not those good friends where u can talk abt anything. Most importantly is u get accurate info u wan and the ideal gal u looking for.

Just my own personal thinking.
