You're absolutely right, bro. When u lose in one area, u gain in another area, haha.

Yes, let's move on. However, you could save Karen n her potential patrons a lot of grief in future by teaching her better time management n avoidance of overbooking (allowing for more than an hour between sessions for unforeseen delays n the imponderables). She should also learn the importance of accountability n reponsibilty. All these should help her greatly in the long run.

Brother, her explanation does not hold water at all. The guy waited till 10:30pm - 30 minutes passed the revised appointment (discounting the 2 hrs he waited from 8pm to 10pm that was changed at the last minute) .. how can she be in a session from 10:00 to 10:30 pm when she was suppose to meet brother at 10:00pm? And even if she over shot by 30 minutes, after 10:30pm at least should call or send SMS to apologize.

I had already spoken to her and ask her to be more punctual and plan her schedule more properly.

Thanks bro for this explanation actually she is trying her best to reply as many sms or calls asap just to prevent any misunderstandings but please do understand that she is working alone by herself, she got no OKTs to look after her business that is why at times the rate she reply is abit slow maybe she is with another customer.
