I always marvel over how many men fall for cheap china chickens, who dress skimpily and cannot hold themselves well. Bros & sis. If you have met "proper" PRC girls/men, they are every inch if not every mm better than ours. It traces back to our genes.

The "royal blood" from capital cities like Beijing & Shanghai were traditionally rich & powerful. They are better in terms of physique, features & intelligence. In fact, most of us "Nanyangs" were descendents of poor southern farmers who left China to look for better life here & started off as coolies, "ma jie" etc. While the wealthy ones stayed behind even through the war or return after that. In fact, @ present time, some of these Chinese label us as inferior Chinese....

In my line of work, I've met some very well cultured Chinese intellectuals & individuals. They are very much like the classic English gentlemen & ladies of the East. None of us including me has their level of etiquette. It's probably our upbringing, social skills, education etc. & I feel we shouldn't think too highly of ourselves.

Give a few more years or perhaps another generation & we'll see that the PRC passport is more valuable.
