Interesting by TS but I don't fully agree. I have met many women who actually are willing to submit power over to the man if they see the man fit to hold such a power. So if they wanna buy something expensive they expect the man to tell them that it's not worth the price and bring them back to reality. I think women and I mean real women not girls find this trait to be strong n sexy. I've even met women who treat some men like carrot heads but with the one they love they submit totally. Just my opinion and experiences here ��

Exactly. . The problem is most men do not have such "strength" and "power" to control women

Actually, I beg to differ. Its not that men do not have these capabilities, it is just that our society shuns relationship development. From studies to getting a HDB to stay and earning money, there isn't one moment where people here have the time to ask themselves ' Why am I with her?" and vice versa.

The current formula is as follows:

- I like you
- Date (regardless good or bad)
- Marry anyways
- Have kids
- Realises with horror you married a demon.
- Invested serious time and finances for the relationship, sucks thumb.

Dating, marrying, becoming a father are stages in which we pass through life. Getting educated, plying your skills and trade to earn a wage are also a way of life.

There is nothing that shows that societal norms should apply to oneself. Oneself should live his/her life as oneself deems fit, and more importantly for men, that we use our intellectual property.

But that is beside the point, as you have completely overlooked. Power and strength to dominate and make women submit you in a relationship has nothing to do with the size of the paycheck, what society deems is best fit for the individual, what do you do for a living.

As I always say, mental and emotional aptitute, will however, change the way women treat men,

Examples are all around where women walk over weaker men but submit and get completely dominated by another, even though the men in subject may be lesser in societal status, but societal status is perceived by a herd of sheeps, it's an illusion, pay no heed to it.

The power lies in your hands as a man. When women know you are a mentally and emotionally powerful men, they will naturally give it to you.. and mate it will be the best time of your life to see what women can truly do for you.

I think you need more of since you like the idea of sucking thumbs. If you read me correctly I have addressed the issue in which you think the life in Singapore leaves you with no time for development in other areas of life. Which translates to me telling you that life doesn't have to be the "singapore" way as you have so eloquently described to me.
