Ahem...
in the psychology view, those who dressed in revealing clothings wants to 'reveal' their assets(or u can say, see if still attractive bo) 95% ladies interviewed agreed on that in a survey... However like 1 bro brought up, sometimes they are trying to pull down their skirt on and off, it's most probably due to the fact that they wore revealing clothing for a few times or simply they want to reveal, but at the same time, shy... There are many reasons to why ladies are wearing revealing clothing, but personally i feel that the most reasonable and agreeable reason is that all females(yes including most animals) has that 'instinct' to look attractive, whether in looks or appearances... no matter what, there is still an inner self that wants to attract the opposite sex, either to attract their 'admiration' or simply their attention(which may just lead to ONS  ) in here u may think that 'wah, she knows i'm looking and dont mind, so i just look lo' but hey, if ur appearance(in looks and outfit) is presentable in the circumstances, why not smile and go over and say hi if she did not give u a 'hey u better stop looking' look... she may appear 'shy' or even 'refuse' ur conversation, but if u actually try ur luck a bit more to start her off(even if u dont attract her sexually, still can be friends, even if it's as a hi-bye friend), maybe that night will be a tiring one... wont always works, as the lady may have attracted u, but u need to attract her back(that wont be difficult as long as u're presentable and some 'honey words' may do the job) and even if there's no scoring that night, a friendship(which can lead to ahem... intimate nights) may be forged... No matter how intelligent human can be over the other animals, there's still a 'beast' living in human that still influence the psychological aspect of eacha nd everyone of us... u just need to 'wake' up the beast to make her get interested... cheers to bros... try ur luck... may not work, but at least trying may help! =)
