i am not very much older than u but my 1cent of advice below:
1. there is not much avenue to get back the 5500, there are plentiful of consters outside who con many times this amount. yours is small change as compared to others. i am not saying it is not impt (it means the world to u) but i am trying to say that many have failed to get back what they are owed, u are one of them. 2. let the whole thing end. he wants the blog, u delete it then or erase all info. if he want to sue, go ahead. to be frank, u are not worth it. he is just talking crap. if he proceed, let him go ahead. he needs to show proof u owe him $ (which seems to be opposite). who bothers about 1 blog... 3. if u are the one handling the work since inception, u should be familiar with the processes and clients. set up a similar one to be his competitor, find an investor or start small. no point keep hoggling about 5.5k. 4. u are going into NS, please do not AWOL just to earn extra bucks to support family. i have seen many similar ones. u go in DB is even worse. I am a MP previously fyi. (military police). 5. if your family condition is as bad as u said, please spend more time looking for assistance. for eg your sis can apply for scholarship/bursary to help something. same for your dad and even your utilities etc. look for your MP, he need to do some work for you. do not feel shy, u need help, go ask for it.

ts, what u shd have done is to be discreet by setting up a thread and seek help by asking for pm or direct face to face conversation.
2nd, i believe many brothers have givien you good advice, especially the one on how you emply the work and another one on how you run the show. 3rd, i suggest you seek him and fight this case all the way through if you think you can handle the emotional roller coster. 4th work your way up and be a rich n powerful figure. At the very least, being up there you can help and do something more valuable for others. Nvr forget that we live in a concrete jungle. Its no different from the real jungle.

Bro, in the court of law, if you don't have documentary proof of claim, i think it's very difficult for you to get anything here as a "CLAIMANT" even though you set up the website and all. I think instead of seeking help here, maybe you should seek legal advice on whether it's feasible for you to actually pursue this matter or not. He have declare to hire a lawyer to sue me for defamation, i have all the company accounting and my competitors are willing to witness me for working for him as partner and to build everything from scratch My competitor is looking for a volunteer lawyer to help me now as he is sms me everyday to scare me with the law thing He is a rich bully, he never remember who is the one who develop his fortune, he just want everything and nothing for me Now i am no $5500, no share and got myself in a law case. I think this is coming to the end of my life....

I am a young man thats why this is my first time facing such incident
He threatens me in every ways to sue me or destroy my sex toy business I am already left nothing, and without $5500 and company share I understand i broke the law over here to complain about myself but because i made alot of friends over here through selling of sex toy ffor 2 years over here I thought some of them will turn up to assist me or support me. I really have no choice and i am so lost now I got betrayed by my partner whom i trusted the most and start business from nothing
