AWP, Changi Cluster A and B and also the woman prison at kakit buki (if im not wrong). Cluster A and Cluster B life in prison will be different. Is it true that if you are charged in court but not jailed and only fine, there will be a criminal record. And after 5 years will that record be erased? And FireShark, will your record be erased after some years since you only serve less then 2 years.

I knew one uncle in his late 60s who did this. His parking fine chalked up to over thousands dollars. He exchanged his pricy fine for a week jail term.
