yes bro. got blood definitely will increase risk of HIV and other STDs.

if the ger is your ger-fren then you better bring her go see doc cos bleeding after sex (post-coital bleed) can mean alot of things like:
1. STD (Gonorrhea, Chalmydia)
2. Cervix Cancer or Cervix Pre-Cancer
3. Cervix Polyp
