Yo, Brothers! I have been to the place. In terms of location, this place is almost perfect. But the quality of the girls at Kim Kiat is far from perfect. The first time that I went to hanky panky massage and did not do hanky panky. Not even HJ. The masseuse look like those terok cleaning ladies : dark dark, hunch a bit and the worse was her voice.

about 1 year old liao. all attached shower.
