TS: Your sentence does not make any sense!!
However, if you were to ask: " Is it possible to have a vietnamese gal as a normal friend and dun involve any hanky panky?"....then it makes more sense..... But still you can be friends with gals of any nationalities and refrain from hanky panky...unless of course all your friends who are girls have been "makan-ed" by you..... Dun you have friends who are girls and are purely friends??? or you see one you UP one....then...that is a problem....
