Unable to maintain erection when about to penetrate

hi all, would like to seek advice from the bros here.
im definitely having ED issues and was wondering on the following:

1. Should I be going to a urologist to get checked to find out what's wrong with me? or to try what is mentioned in the post here. 'blue pill'

2. Is it better to go to polyclinic? GP or private hospital urologist?

3. If i go to a doctor, is it actually ok to use company insurance to claim consultation etc. Quite concerned about privacy. paiseh about this

Go do a generic health check to see if you have any systemic issue like diabetes or heart issues. If on medication long term, check first.

If all fine and feel fine, can try the pill. Private better if privacy concern. Public healthcare records all auto linked up

thanks a lot for the reply.. did do a healthcheck recently.. so far so good. just some indicators on the high side..

Haha like that better I pay out of my pocket than do company insurance claim then? Thinking to go Raffles Urology for some checkup with men's health.. or anyone has any doctor/clinic to recommend?

If you can wait you can try the SGH Urology clinic, but the wait for appointment can take many months.

Anyone tried Spedra 200mg? Online telemedicine sells about $17-22 a tablet. I got mine from a clinic at Geylang M Lam Clinic for $90 for a box of 4. Haven’t tried yet. Understand that it’s the same family as Viagra.

Spedra - active ingredient Avanafil. The most recently FDA-approved med for ED. Generic versions are harder to obtain and significantly more costly. Supposed to have less side effects.

But if Viagra/Cialis/Levitra or their generic versions work fine for you, no need to switch.

I think you're alright, nothing wrong with you. You heart still strong to pump. I didn't dare to take full dose, only half pill. That already made my heart pounding and little dizzy. Erection was hard but after come, it not still standing like you. Thought my heart still a bit pounding. So kinda careful when using pill. I'm m 50 btw.

ya same too. half pill, heart pounding. Got once i fucked so hard i thought i will die because i felt my heart pounding so heavily.
Not as old as you but i got some heart defect from birth.
In fact they advised me to take quarter pill. But i always took half, no more no less. Alcohol could worsen the heart pounding.
Dizziness was usual even without alcohol, but heart not beating as hard.

The standard meds (Viagra, Cialis, Levitra and their generic equivalents) have a proven track record of helping millions of ED sufferers. Side effects, if any, are usually mild and temporary. But if you have underlying medical conditions, or are on any kind of medication, then you should consult a doctor before taking the ED meds.

ya thats why i dont take it often. Maybe up to 2 pills a year. Really cannot after trying very hard then i would take it.
