I done many HDB like the video, nothing beats commercial building that houses lots of offices…. Better environment. Many blindspots that you can even step out of the car for doggies.
Only found out when the famous war attraction carpark fully occupied with bouncing cars most of the time during Covid and had to explore neighbouring commercial carparks.
