Anyone knows if can do tele-art in singapore for the pre-departure test to VN? or must go clinic and get physically swabbed for ART?

Oic...i just came back 2 weeks ago. Very smooth when clearing the custom at HCM side. Maybe they got tip off and looking for something.

You can but need to time your test to make sure you can clear immigration before 24hours. It is only valid for 24 hours.

If the clinic or test center is able to provide u a memo then VN side dun bother as long as the memo states "negative".

2 things they very good at. Money n iPhone.

Was carrying 3 stacks of 100k rupiah. But they LAN LAN let me pass. Cos its indo currency n only worth abt 3k sg nia. If thats 500k dong, 3 stacks. .. Bye bye loh.

Both time I with new phone. They check. Knn. Its not coincident. .. They just so pro. Hahaha. Of cos they will say need to tax etc. I slip them 500k n walk off.. . hahaha. if they flip thru my passport, say 3 years old pp. . at least 40 to 50 stamp. . they usually will go easier on me.

when i went there, totally no queue . 500k VND all in and results were printed out before the 15mins. was in and out the place within 20mins

This rule actually already been in-place for many years already just that they seldom enforce

I have been travelling up-&-down from Wetnam for a really humongous amount of years already and have never had a good impression of their custom officers ever

Looks like it would be wise to strictly heed this policy now given your recent bad experiences

Reality of life, those that cost 140K got queue, those that cost 500K no queue

One trick I learnt a long time ago, if I ever want to bring a brand new HP into Wetnam, I will carry it in my pocket with my Wetnam SIM in it (no box, the box is dis-assembled and in parts & pieces inside my bag/luggage), reach hotel liao than assemble back into box but no choice have to break the box seal but its a good practice as u can check the phone functionality too ), this is not suspicious as most people nowadays carry 2 HPs as a norm

But of cos if you are carrying multiple boxes than good luck liao

Need advice here, I'm bringing a mattress cleaner (Iris Oyhama) & Dyson hair dryer as check-in luggage, with bubble wrapped, no boxes. Both are used products. Will the custom officers ask for "coffee money"?

My friend triple vaccinated, infected in Feb 2022 but tested positive in HCMC during his trip in March 2022.
