Well, the latest i heard last night was, 72 hours PCR test before departure.
PCR test on arrival and self isolate at hotel until PCR test result is negative.
Will update bros here if i hear anything new from Hanoi.

Latest,

Travellers entering Vietnam via air routes will have to present proof of negative SARS-CoV-2 tests (except for children under two years old) done within 72 hours prior to departure in cases of RT-PCR/RT-LAMP or within 24 hours in cases of rapid antigen tests, and the results must be certified by the authorities of the country where the tests are conducted.

With the above, Vietnam will be 1 of the easiest to enter for tourists in SEA. Time to book ticket for April trip.

Up till today I still hate the PCR test as the damn tester always seems to take sadistic joy is seeing all the testees squirm & wipe tears from their eyes the moment they poke the test buds into the nose deep deep

all my tickets start from next month liao as better see how it goes first rather than reach there liao kena unnecessary "mandatory annual leaves" to spend in hotel room alone

worst still is return ticket need to change or buy another return ticket

visitors might have to submit a health declaration at custom. trying to enquire if it has to be done online (within how many days before travel) or it can be done on the spot at the custom.
